The hotel offers clean, very tidy rooms with crisp, clean bedding, ensuring a warm, cosy, and very comfortable stay. However, the rooms could benefit from some updating. The service is top-notch, with a rare genuine friendliness and helpfulness from the staff, akin to high-end London hotels but with a personal touch. The location is superb, overlooking South Beach and just a short stroll to the town, although it is a bit let down by the room quality. The dining experience is delightful, with a fabulous seafront location and a variety of offerings. Overall, a comfortable stay with great service and stunning views.

The hotel offers a beautiful view of South Beach and is just a short walk from the town center and harbor. The rooms, though lacking a true sea view, feature a spacious and comfortable lounge area overlooking the sea. The service from Carol, Sue, and Riess the chef was exceptional, making us feel truly special. The dining experience was enjoyable with a good selection of dishes. Overall, a great location with dedicated staff, but room space and temperature could be improved.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were great with comfy beds and everything we needed for our two-night stay, and the ground floor location was spectacular displaying the most beautiful views. Although the room was small, we were informed beforehand, and it was plenty big enough for me and my partner. The service from the staff was top-notch - they were friendly, very helpful, and always polite. The location was perfect, offering sea views and being close to the town center, amenities, and beaches. The dining experience was lovely with a good choice, including a superb buffet style option. Overall, a wonderful stay with just a few minor room size issues.
